Earn3 is a full PTC but has been dodgy to provide stable and consistent means of payout. Although this PTC has been reviewed personally by this guide and elsewhere (other PTC Blogs and forums like PTCTalk and EMS) it is continued to be monitored for the only saving grace that it provides a high rate of traffic (or CPM) to advertise. Now you will probably be asking why we list it here if they are not consistently paying, well here is the story of Earn3’s ups and downs: This PTC is a $3 minimum payout to AlertPay but changed their terms to allow only upgraded members to cashout, (at this point I took the liberty to advertise on the site for some of my top programs), then it went to $2 minimum cashout (here I was also close to the minimum), but recently it moved back to $3!!!
So let’s look at the statistic for a closer look at the tale. Both the promotional banner and the actual earnings statistics report that the earnings to date is approximately $1.81 to the nearest cent:
However as the Advertiser’s Panel statistics will show advertising was credited 3 times for the amount earned ($3.06) for a grand to date total earnings of $4.87:
