Many great exchanges and Ad Boards can be bought or used from this site as well.

BuyAs and Advertising4You: These are two PTC-looking text/link ad exchanges. You click many, many, many ads and accumulate credits and members are sent to your site when you exchange your credits for link ads.

WebBizInsider: This Ezine-Typed Ad Exchange also has a 10 second timer for viewing ads. There are lots of bonuses and promos, however the benefits are in the paid memberships. The major pluses here are the 130,000 plus members and a new sister exchange Top Tier Traffic with more cyclic-matrix-rotation features added to increase exposure.

LeadsLeap: An Ezine to over 1 million users, this gives a good CPM considering there is a free advertising option. The paid membership provides more advertising options but the alternate option works well once you view each site for 30 seconds. The active draw-back is that when viewing ads there is no counter to indicate when the time for viewing has elapsed, a good and bad thing.
