This PTC being the oldest and most reliable can sometimes be neglected due to its appearance. I have been on the brink of my first PTC payout but just lapsed too long but I am still getting there. Sometimes the credit card is just used to provide proof of age and address and also to withdraw a small amount to cover shipping if the offer is a trial where something has to be shipped to you.
